From time to time, we recommend all users to back-up and export their emails onto their computer. Not only this procedure will ensure that any data is duplicated and safely stored, but it would also allow users to import their email to another Web-mail client, if necessary:
- Sign into your web-mail at mail.point2agent.com with your e-mail and password for that e-mail
- Select only the necessary emails by checking the empty box next to the subject. If you need to select all the emails in the page, check the Sort by box on the top.
- Right-click the selection
- Choose Export to Zip from the selection menu.
An archive containing the selected emails will be exported on your local hard-drive. The extension is .zip - meaning that it can be extracted or imported in other mail clients such as Outlook etc.
Warning: selected emails per page cannot exceed 100 items:
