Online Office User Experience changes:
- Removed the requirement for new members to 'Confirm Membership' or submit License information in order to add listings or participate in Handshake.
- Members are no longer required to configure Selling Areas manually and can select selling areas from any location. Selling areas will default to Country/State entered at time of registration.
- Improvements to the way members browse for neighborhoods when creating or editing listings.
Other Internal Changes:
- Customer Care's internal search tool has been updated to make it faster and easier to locate our members' accounts and provide support.
Outdated content in the invitation email sent from the Online Office has been updated.
