Change listing status

You have the ability to set your listing to statuses that match up with the process a listing can go through in a sale. The options are draft, for sale, sale pending, sold, for rent/lease, rented/leased, expired and archived.  To change the status of your listing:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at www.point2.com
  • Click Listings from the top menu
  • Click Manage Listings
  • Click Edit next to the listing you want to update

  • Scroll down to the Listing Information section
  • Click the Status drop down and select the status for your listing
  • Click Save

!Please note that if a listing is set to Archived/Expired/Deleted, the system does not consider that listing to be active and, after a period of time (approximately 12 months), some details, including the pictures, will be permanently deleted from the database.
