To email a listing within your Point2 account:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click Listings from the top menu
- Click Manage Listings
- Click Email > Email Listing next to the listing
- Click From to choose an agent if multiple users are added to this website account
- Select one of the following options for choosing recipients:
- Prospect: Use the Email field to start typing the address of a new or existing prospect. You can click "Add New Email Address" if you want to send to more than one at a time.
- Group: Use the drop-down box to select the appropriate prospect group.
You can then add a subject to the e-mail and a custom message to insert into the automated e-mail which will be sent from Point2.
Once you're happy, click the blue Send button at the bottom.
