Listing not showing on website

There are a variety of reasons why your listings may not be appearing on your website.

The first thing to check is the status of your listing. In order for a listing to appear on your website its status must be set to either Sold, For Sale, Sale Pending, For Rent/Lease or Rented/Leased.

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Listings from the top menu, then Manage Listings
  • Locate the listing
  • Ensure that your listing is set to Sold, For Sale, Sale Pending, For Rent/Lease or Rented/Leased

The second thing to check is the configuration of your listings section.

  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click the Edit link next to the website
  • Navigate to the page you have your listings section on
  • In the Listings module, click Configure Which Listings Show and their Display Format 


  • Look over the settings to ensure the listing isn't being filtered out by one of the options selected 
  • Things to look for are the statuses, neighborhoods that might be unchecked, etc.
  • If you find anything wrong, make the adjustment 
  • Click OK to save your changes

The third thing, if you do not have a listings section then you will have to add one. To add a listings content section:

  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit next to the site
  • Choose the page you wish to add your listings to 
  • Click Add Content in the center column 


  • On the Add Content page, click the Listings and Home Search tab
  • In the Listings box click Add to Page


  • Change the title text to your liking 
  • Use the drop-down box to choose the appropriate title alignment 
  • Click the radio button to hide or show a horizontal header line 
  • In the description section enter any additional information you would like to appear in the top of the listing module

You will now be in the configuration screen for your Listing Display: 

      • Step 1 - Select the Listing Display you would like. You have the choice of displaying your listings in 4 different ways: 
      1. All Listings – Your Listings and Handshake Listings will be displayed in a single list, check the box next My listings First if you wish to display your listings first 
      2. My Listings – Only your listings will be displayed 
      3. Shared Listings – Only the Handshake listings will be displayed 
      4. More Listings Link – Your listings will be displayed with a “More Listings” link at the bottom of the page which will allow access to your Handshake listings on another page. Check the box next to 'My Broker Listings before the link' if you wish to display yours and your broker's listings first, then have a More Listings link mceclip4.png

      • Step 2 - Choose whether or not you would like the Listing Registration form turned on mceclip5.png
      • Step 3 – Customize the Listing Format, Results per Page, Sort Order and Details to be displayed mceclip6.png
      • Step 4 – Here You have the option to filter your listings by Status, Handshake Type, Agents, Types, Development Level, Style, Neighborhoods, or Imported and Manually entered. mceclip7.png
    • Click Finish to add your listing section
