How can I upgrade?

You can upgrade your membership directly through your account, but we highly recommend you to speak with a member of our sales team as well so they can get you setup with the right membership.  To contact them, call 1-888-277-9779 and they'd be happy to help you. If you'd rather upgrade yourself online follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner 
  • Click Upgrade Membership
  • Select the membership you want 
  • Select the payment option you want to go with (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Click Finalize Payment
  • Review your order and make sure to choose to automatically renew or not with the check box. If you check off to automatically renew the following year, your credit card will automatically be charged on that date
  • Once you've reviewed the screen, click Purchase
  • Fill in your credit card information and billing address
  • Review the terms & conditions and check off if you read and agree to them
  • Click Save

You will now be charged for the upgrade and your account will upgrade with the new features in a matter of moments!
