HTML <head> tag editor

When viewing the source code of your website, you'll find the head section at the very top of the page.The information contained in the head section of your website tells search engines about what your website contains in terms of content, formatting. This is also where your meta information is contained. Click here to read about meta information.

To edit the head section of a page on your website, follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at www.point2.com
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit next to the website needed
  • Locate the page in which you would like to add content to
  • At the top of the page click on Page Settings
  • Toward the bottom of the page, place your cursor in the HTML Editor

  • Click OK when the warning pop up box - appears. This warning message is to advise users that adding HTML to the head section can cause errors with the website if entered incorrectly.
  • When your content has been entered, click OK

To edit the head section of your entire website, follow these instructions: 

  • While signed into your Point2 Agent website edit mode, hover over the Manage Website tab
  • Click Search Engine Information
  • Place your cursor in the HTML Editor, then click OK when the warning pop up box appears. This warning message is to advise users that adding HTML to the head section can cause errors with the website if entered incorrectly.
  • When your content has been entered, click Apply to All Pages
