Change my Password

In order to change the password associated with your account please follow these steps:

  • Sign into your Point2 account at
  • Click the Settings gear icon in the top right
  • Click Edit Profile
  • Click the Change Password box under your picture
  • Type in the new password and confirm it
  • Save the changes

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you will need to request a temporary password. Each time you submit a request via the Forgot My Password? link, your password is reset. The most efficient method to access a current temporary password is to start from scratch.

  • Go to and click the Sign in link at the top right side of the page
  • Click the Forgot your password? link 
  • Enter your username and click OK to request your password 
  • You will be emailed a temporary password to the address you have associated with your Point2 Agent membership 
  • Use the temporary password in the email in combination with your username to login 
  • You will be prompted immediately to reset your password - enter your temporary password and then enter your new password in the two remaining fields
