Change my Password

In order to change the password associated with your account please follow these steps:

  • Sign into your Point2 account at
  • Click the Account Name on the left side
  • Click Edit Profile
  • Click the Change Password box under your picture
  • Type in the new password and confirm it
  • Save the changes

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you will need to request a temporary password. Each time you submit a request via the Forgot My Password? link, your password is reset. The most efficient method to access a current temporary password is to start from scratch.

  • Go to and click the Sign in button
  • Click the Forgot your password? link
  • Enter your email address and click Send Password to request your password 
  • You will be emailed a temporary password to your email address assigned to your account 
  • Use the temporary password in the email in combination with your username to sign in
  • You will be prompted immediately to reset your password - enter your temporary password and then enter your new password in the two remaining fields
