In order to change the password associated with your account please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Point2 account at point2homes.com
- Click the Account Name on the left side
- Click Edit Profile
- Click the Change Password box under your picture
- Type in the new password and confirm it
- Save the changes
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you will need to request a temporary password. Each time you submit a request via the Forgot My Password? link, your password is reset. The most efficient method to access a current temporary password is to start from scratch.
- Go to point2homes.com and click the Sign in button
- Click the Forgot your password? link
- Enter your email address and click Send Password to request your password
- You will be emailed a temporary password to your email address assigned to your account
- Use the temporary password in the email in combination with your username to sign in
- You will be prompted immediately to reset your password - enter your temporary password and then enter your new password in the two remaining fields
