Notes and reminders

You have the ability to set up notes and reminders to notify you to complete a task at a specific date/time. To set up a note/reminder to email you, follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
  • Click Prospects/Manage prospects from the top menu
  • Click Prospect's name/View Prospect

  • Click Notes and Reminders

  • Click Add Note/Reminder

  • Here you can add notes.
  • To add reminders, click on Add Reminder

  • Fill out the time and date when you would like to be sent the reminder
  • Enter the message that you would like to appear in the reminder

  • Click Save

 

You will receive an email on that date and time specified with the message that you entered into the reminder.
