Your account comes with drip email campaigns such as buyer, seller, informed buyer and other topics. Each of these must be activated before they'll send drip emails.
To activate a drip email campaign:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click Campaigns from the top menu
- Click Drip Email
- Click Inactive at the top of the page
- Click the name of the campaign of the one you wish to activate
- Campaign triggers at the top of the page are the triggers by which a customer will automatically be added on to a campaign
- You can leave the triggers set as the defaults or you can check off other triggers
- Be cautious as you do not want customers to receive too many emails that aren't relevant to them
- Choose your Salutation and Closing messages
- Click the Edit button next to the subject
- If you make changes to the emails, click Save or Save & Preview to see what the prospect will view
- Use the Send drop down to change the intervals between emails
- Click Add Email if you'd like to add another email to the series
- Type in a subject, edit the Send drop down to when the email will be sent
- Click Edit to compose the email message
- For basic text emails, type your email in the editor box
- To add HTML content, click the Source button in the top left
- Click Save or Save & Preview to save the email you are currently editing
- Once you are finished, click Activate Campaign at the bottom of the page
