Add/remove prospects on drip email campaigns

Once a drip email campaign is activated, the rest of the process is taken care of by your account. Once a prospect becomes registered for a campaign, they will receive the emails until they reach the last email in the campaign, unsubscribe or are removed from the campaign by you.

You can also manually add a prospect to a campaign:

  • Sign into your Point2 account at
  • Click Prospects from the top menu
  • Click Manage Prospects
  • Check the Actions buttons on the right side under MORE ACTIONS
  • Click Add to Campaign at the bottom of the drop-down menu


  • Use the drop down next to Campaign to select the campaign you wish to add the prospect to
  • Click OK

In order to remove a prospect from a drip email campaign, you'll need to follow these instructions.

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Prospects
  • Click Manage Prospects
  • Find the prospect you wish to remove from the campaign and click the prospects name
  • Next to Email Campaign click on the edit button (Manage Campaigns)



  • Uncheck the box from the Add/Remove column next the specific Campaign
  • Click OK
