Photo requirements

Here are a few things to keep in mind when loading images into your website:

1. Make sure that your file is saved as either a .jpg or .gif file extension. These are the two most common image file extensions and are the only image file types that are compatible with Point2 Agent.
2. If your file is saved on a disk, please save it to your hard drive and try to upload it from the hard drive. 
3. Check the file name that you have assigned to your image. If it has symbols or spaces within the name, please resave it using only letters and numbers.
