Having Problems Adding Photos

If you are experiencing issues with adding photos to your Point2 website or listings, here are some suggestions that may help troubleshoot and resolve such problems.

Are the images too large?

We recommend optimizing your photos before uploading them to your website or listing. You should ask your photographer or graphic designer to resize any listing photos to under 2048 pixels (long edge) and to reduce the file size to under 5MB per image.

Are your images in the correct format?

You should ensure that you are uploading the correct versions of your photos or graphics. Photoshop files, RAW files and other file types other than the ones mentioned, cannot be uploaded to our service without first converting them.

The file types we accept are:

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • GIF

Is your browser up-to-date?

It's possible that you may not be running the most up-to-date version of your web browser. We recommend using a modern web browser such as Google Chrome to work with Point2 as it's available for both Apple and Windows computers.

My Photo is upside-down!
