Agent deleted roster invite email

Unfortunately there is no way to resend the original email containing the login information for the agent. The agent can contact Customer Care for help to login to their account.

Another option would be for you, the broker, to send the agent a separate email with their website address from the Roster Management screen and they can then go through the forgot username and password links on the Login screen on their own if they feel they do not need help from Customer Care.
