If you do not have the login information for your personal domain account, you can find the customer number and reset the password from the domains area.
- Sign in to your Point2 account at mydomains.point2.com
- Click the Registrar Information link in the status column
- Click the link Wild West Domains account management panel (copy the Customer # first)
- Enter the Customer # and password (the password was emailed to you upon registration of the domain, if you've forgotten it there is a link to reset it on the previous screen)
- Click Secure Login
You may be prompted to create a 4 digit pin number if it is the first time you have logged into your domain account.
