The Calculators content section allows you to quickly and easily add a mortgage calculator to your website. This calculator will assist your visitors in planning their home purchase. Visitors can email the results to themselves, with a copy forwarded to you as well to allow you to better classify the lead.
To add a Calculator to your website:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click Websites from the top menu
- Click Agent Site
- Click Edit in the Agent Site section
- Choose the page you wish to add your calculator
- Click the green Add Content button from the center column of the page
- On the Add Content page click the Forms tab
- In the Calculators section click the Add to Page button
- Decide on a title, alignment, horizontal header line and edit the description if you choose
- Click Next
- If necessary, adjust the Default Mortgage Value, Default Property Tax, and Default Mortgage Insurance for your area
- Click Finish to add your calculator section
Certain default values within the mortgage calculator can be changed, as you deem appropriate. To edit the default values within your mortgage calculator:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click Websites from the top menu
- Click Agent Site
- Click Edit in the Agent Site section
- Click the Manage Website drop down at the top
- Click Calculator Settings
- Edit the settings
- Click OK to save your changes
