Add a contact form

The feedback form is a great way to collect visitor feedback right form your site. This can be used for general inquiries, site feedback or collecting testimonials.

To add a Feedback Form to your website:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit in the Agent Site section
  • Choose the page you wish to add your feedback form 
  • Click the green Add Content button from the center column of the page 
  • On the Add Content page click the Forms tab
  • In the Feedback Form section click Add to Page
  • Decide on a title, alignment, horizontal header line and edit the description if you choose
  • The Feedback type option will allow you to identify where your feedback came from (the page or section) 
  • Click Finish
