Add home evaluation form

A Home Evaluation form has been included with your website to provide you a means to help your visitors evaluate their homes while allowing you to collect useful market and lead information.

To add a Home Evaluation Form to your website: 

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit in the Agent Site section
  • Click the green Add Content button from one of the columns
  • On the Add Content page select the Forms tab
  • In the Home Evaluation Form section, click Add to Page
  • Decide on a title
  • Click Next to continue 
  • Choose the fields that you require in order to submit an evaluation form 
  • Click Finish to add your Home Evaluation Form
