Add PDF and Word documents

Documents can be added to your website via an Online Reports section. This allows your user to access documents either via an email or by downloading it right away. An email request requires them to leave their contact information, which creates a prospect profile for you to follow up with. To add your documents to your website, follow these simple steps:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit in the Agent Site section
  • Select the page you wish to add your reports 
  • Click the green Add Content button 
  • From the Add Content page select the Forms tab
  • Click Add to Page button located in the Online Reports content section 
  • Decide on a title, alignment, horizontal header line and edit the description if you choose
  • Click Next
  • If you want people to have to fill out their information and get the report emailed to them choose Yes for Registration
  • If you want people to be able to click a link and view the report right away choose No for Registration
  • Click Next 
  • Click Please Add an Online Report 

  • Enter the name you want to appear for the report, a category (this is for administrative purposes only) and a brief description 
  • Click Choose File and browse your computer for the document file
  • Click OK to save your report
  • To view what you have added, click on Back to Edit Website

You can edit the online reports to change the order that the reports are displayed in. Here's how:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit in the Agent Site section
  • Choose the appropriate page from the pages drop down list in the top left corner 
  • Scroll down to the content area. From the top of the Online Reports module, click on Add/Edit Online Reports 
  • The screen will refresh to a table showing your reports. You can click on the blue direction arrows next to each report to move it up or down the list. 
  • Click on Back to Website when you are finished
