Create Custom Forms

Professional and Elite accounts are able to create their own forms for their website. The information that anyone fills in will create a prospect in your account and all information will be tracked. To build or create your own form that you want prospects or leads to fill out on your website follow these instructions:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at www.point2.com
  • Click Websites from the top menu
  • Click Custom Forms
  • Click New Custom Form

  • Add a title for the form in the Form Header section
  • Enter instructions for the prospect
  • The Email field is the only required form field
  • For every additional piece of information you want to gather in the form click the buttons such as First Name, Comments, Dropdown, Radio Group etc.
  • As you add form fields the titles of the fields are also able to be edited by clicking in the boxes and typing what you want the field to be titled
  • On the far right side you can decide if you want your prospect to be required to fill in that field before they submit the form
  • Click and drag the fields to change the order of the form 
  • If you've added a field you don't need click the black x on the far right side to delete
  • Click Preview to see what the form will look like on your website, click Save Changes or Continue Editing 
  • Add a description to the form (This is optional and will only be displayed to you in the back end of the account for organizational purposes of keeping track of the forms you've created)
  • Click Done

Now that the form is created, it also needs to get added to the page on your website that you want it on. To complete this:

  • Sign in to your Point2 account at www.point2.com
  • Click Websites
  • Click Agent Site
  • Click Edit in the Agent Site section
  • Click the page desired
  • Click the green Add Content button from one of the columns
  • On the Add Content page, select the Custom Forms tab

  • Click the Add to Page button for the Custom Form you wish to add 
  • You have the option to change the title
  • Click Finish

Now this information that anyone fills in will create a prospect in your account and all information will be tracked. The information they filled out in the form can be seen in it's entirety under the Website Activity tab when managing the prospect.
