To resolve this issue please try changing your email account password. This will force the email client to reconnect to our mail servers and look for new mail messages.
To reset your password:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click the Settings gear icon
- Click Manage Email Accounts
- The password can be reset by clicking the Manage link next to the email address
Then be sure to update the information within your email client.
