As an agent on a broker roster, you have the ability to display your listings first, then your brokers’ listings, and finally any handshake listings.
To set this up, you will need to:
- Sign in to your Point2 account at login.point2.com
- Click Websites from the top menu
- Click Agent Site
- Click Edit next to the website
- Go to the page where your listings are currently displayed
- Click on Configure Which Listings Show and Their Display Format
- In Step 1, you will need to select All Listings, as well as checking the box beside Show my listings first and my brokerage's listings second and other Handshakes third
- Go through Steps 2 to 5 and make sure that those fields are set up correctly
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click OK to save the changes
- Click Preview Website in the top right corner to see what these changes will look like
