How are prospects added to a Point2 account?

Your Point2 account generates prospects automatically through your website and listings that are sent out to the syndication websites.

All prospects that visit your Point2 Agent Site and enter their email address, whether it be for a home search, home evaluation, mortgage calculation or a request for more information, are automatically profiled in your prospect management section. The Point2 software automatically creates a profile for that visitor and allows you to monitor their actions on your website.


When your listings are syndicated from your Point2 account, prospects are also gathered from the various listing ads on the web. This is done when the person viewing your listing inquires further about the property and enters their contact info.


You can also add prospects manually to your Point2 account. Here's how to do it: 

  • Sign into your Point2 account at
  • Click Prospects from the top menu
  • Click Add Prospects
  • Enter all of the applicable contact information for the prospect
  • Click Save


You can even import prospects to your account!
