Cancelling or Downgrading a Point2 Membership

If you are considering making changes to your Point2 membership, our sales or customer care team will be able to assist you.

For account verification purposes, you will be asked a selection of security questions before you will be able to make any significant changes to your membership. You will need to be able to provide the following information upon request:

  • Your Monthly or Annual Billing Date
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card used to pay for your account
  • The username in which you access your Point2 account

You can view your username by logging into your Point2 account and selecting 'Edit Profile' from the settings gear at the top right.
